Salt and Lemon was envisioned as a high end fine dining restaurant in the heart of Conwy, North Wales. Drawing inspiration from Conwy Quay, renowned for its fishing heritage and fresh seafood, the brand identity was designed to capture a sense of luxury while remaining rooted in the town’s coastal character.

Our work focused on creating a refined and sophisticated visual identity, supported by brand photography that reflected the restaurant’s concept of elevated seafood dining. The aim was to build a brand that would resonate with discerning diners and position Salt and Lemon as a standout culinary destination.

Although the restaurant never opened its doors, the branding and imagery successfully conveyed the vision behind Salt and Lemon. The project showcased our ability to bring to life a luxury hospitality concept, blending local heritage with a contemporary, high end dining experience.
